Spring is on it's way and will be here soon. When that time comes there will be a huge rush by everyone to get things done, so, it is time to start planning ahead now before all of the trades people get booked up. What will need to be done outside? Perhaps the fence needs repaired, it is not going to fix itself. The driveway, patio and decking areas could probably do with a pressure wash and resealing. Inside those painting and kitchen or bathroom tiling jobs need to be done. Perhaps you would like to smarten up the look of the house with new electrical sockets and light switches.
